Customer Service Excellence Programme

We know that our customers really value being able to talk to and build up a relationship with the same Bankhall people. That's why we invest in developing our staff, helping them increase their skills and knowledge, which in turn helps our customers receive a seamless service.

We think we offer great customer service, but we don't rest on our laurels. We have an ongoing Customer Service Excellence Programme to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our customers' expected levels of performance. This begins with a benchmark customer survey and runs throughout the year.
