Once directly authorised, Bankhall will provide the ongoing support services needed to maintain your status. Depending on your contract you may be entitled to some or all of the following services:
- Compliance support As a directly authorised firm you will be responsible for your own compliance. Bankhall offers a range of support levels depending on your membership.
- E-commerce support As a Bankhall member you will be provided with assistance focusing on helping you familiarise yourself with Bankhall Online client management and sales processes.
- Business development support Access to a range of development support designed to guide you through your changing business needs.
- Training and competence support Assistance in providing technical and compliant training for new and developing advisers and internal staff.
- Online file review service This service allows you to submit client files electronically to our Compliance Department.
- Complaints handling We provide expert advice and support in handling client complaints, including liaising with the Financial Ombudsman Service, if required.
- Technical assistance We provide our members with a technical helpdesk that can support your activities, assist your research and planning and provides access to Techlink for Technical Connection.
