Tier One- Application Assistance

Our core service could provide you with:

• A detailed list of preparatory work necessary before applying for direct authorisation.
• Dedicated telephone support to guide you through each step in the process.
• A CD-ROM that provides an explanation of the application process in addition to templates of the forms necessary to complete the application process.
• An application review before submittal to the FSA.
• Post submission support via telephone and e-mail to guide you through any remaining issues or queries.

Tier Two

 
In addition to the services mentioned above, you will be entitled to:

• A head office based case manager will be appointed within 24-hours for you; and
• We will also provide face-to-face assistance with your application at our head office in Altrincham
