The Authorisation Support Team consists of experienced individuals who have worked closely with the Financial Services Authority for many years. What do we do?
We offer support with FSA applications for firms/individuals who wish to become directly authorised. This service provides:
- A detailed list of preparatory work you are required to do before applying;
- Dedicated telephone support throughout;
- Review of the application prior to submission to FSA; and
- Post submission support by telephone and/or e-mail
- We can also provide face-to-face assistance, where required.
In addition to this, we offer post-authorisation permission support and guidance for those firms who are already directly authorised and wish to:
- Complete a variation of permission;
- Undergo a change of legal entity;
- Undertake a change in control;
- Register an additional adviser with the firm;
- Add or remove an appointed representative
